Intueri ("we", "our", "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

What We Collect

• Account information: Your email address (for authentication), display name, and birth data (date, time, location) that you provide during onboarding.
• Conversations: Messages you send and AI responses are stored to provide conversation continuity and memory.
• Birth chart data: Calculated from your birth information and stored to personalize your experience.
• Purchase records: Transaction IDs from in-app purchases to verify and grant credits.

How We Use Your Data

• To provide personalized AI conversations based on your birth chart.
• To generate your daily insight messages.
• To maintain conversation history and memory across sessions.
• To process in-app purchases and manage your credit balance.

What We Do NOT Do

• We do not sell your data to anyone.
• We do not share your data with advertisers.
• We do not use your data for training AI models.
• We do not track your location — birth location is only used for chart calculation.

Third-Party Services

• Supabase: Secure cloud database and authentication (hosted in the US).
• Anthropic (Claude): AI responses are generated using Claude. Your messages are sent to Anthropic's API for processing. Anthropic does not use this data for model training.
• Apple: In-app purchases are processed through Apple's StoreKit. We do not have access to your payment information.
• Astrologer API: Your birth data is sent once to calculate your birth chart. No ongoing data sharing.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL with Row Level Security). Each user can only access their own data. All connections use HTTPS encryption.

Data Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen in the app. This permanently removes all your data — messages, birth chart, conversation summaries, and account information. This action cannot be undone.

Children's Privacy

Intueri is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app.
