By using Intueri ("the app"), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

What Intueri Is

Intueri is an AI-powered companion app that provides conversational support personalized through astrology. The app is designed for entertainment and personal reflection purposes.

What Intueri Is NOT

• Intueri is not a substitute for professional therapy, counseling, or medical advice.
• Intueri is not a crisis service. If you are in danger or experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact emergency services (911) or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
• AI responses are generated by technology and may not always be accurate or appropriate.

Your Account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Intueri.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen.

Credits & Purchases

• New users receive 3 free messages.
• Additional messages require credits, purchased as consumable in-app purchases through Apple.
• Credits are non-refundable once used. For unused credits, Apple's standard refund policy applies.
• Credits do not expire.
• Prices may change. Any price changes apply only to future purchases.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to access other users' data.
• Reverse-engineer or exploit the app's systems.
• Use automated tools to send messages or abuse the service.

AI Limitations

Intueri uses AI to generate responses. While we strive for quality, AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, inappropriate, or unhelpful. We continuously improve the experience but cannot guarantee perfection.

Intellectual Property

The Intueri app, its design, and its content are owned by us. Your conversations belong to you — we only store them to provide the service.

Liability

Intueri is provided "as is." We are not liable for any decisions you make based on AI-generated responses. Use the app at your own discretion.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
